We are pleased to announce an important update to the Edusaint School Management System — the introduction of AI-Generated Comments.
Previously, the system supported preloaded comment templates to assist teachers during report generation. While helpful, these comments were fixed and limited in flexibility.
With this new update, schools can now generate dynamic, intelligent, and personalized comments using AI.
From Preloaded Comments to Intelligent Automation
Our earlier system allowed schools to install and use predefined comment banks. Teachers could select from these comments when preparing student reports.
Now, we have taken this a step further.
The new AI-powered feature analyzes each student’s data and generates comments automatically, removing the need to rely solely on fixed templates.
How the AI Comment Generator Works
The system evaluates:

Overall results and grading patterns
Student behavior, including attendance and participation
Using this information, it produces comments that accurately reflect each student’s performance and attitude.
